Following our recent District AGM, our Executive Committee has two important roles vacant.
We are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR to take notes of our meetings and circulate them, meetings take place approximately 6 times a year in the evening in Tewkesbury.
Also we need a DISTRICT TREASURER to administer the district finance and collate group and explorer unit accounts at the end of the year for an annual report.
These vacancies can be filled by persons not currently in a scouting role, you may know someone who would be willing to help scouting in this way. There would be a small amount of on line training and a DBS would be required, they would then become a member of the Scout Association.
